The Journey

Your Journey with Us

Initial Enquiry

We usually respond to all initial enquiries to our website within 24 hours.

Free Consultation

Once received, a specialist will be in touch usually by telephone. We do not make a charge for this call. We will ask specific questions about your case and will usually be able to tell you by the end of the call if we have a good chance of winning your case for you, based on the information you provide.

Agreement & Payment

Only when we are all happy to proceed, will we ask for a modest payment alongside an authority from you to liaise directly with the DWP and HMCTS.

Our fees in most cases will be less than just one month of the money you are likely to be awarded.

Your Dedicated Specialist

You will then be allocated a named benefit advice specialist who will be with you throughout the journey up to and including the tribunal hearing. The specialist will be available for you to contact when you receive any communication or if you want an update on your case.

Case Preparation

Once the specialist has received the tribunal pack, they will consult with you regarding the provision of additional evidence if it is needed before making a written submission to the tribunal panel in advance of your hearing.

Legal Submission

The submission will highlight the sections of social security law we can use in support of your case.

Final Consultation

Prior to the hearing, we will have a final consultation with you, explaining the procedure on the day and the questions you are most likely to be asked.

Tribunal Representation Options

For the tribunal itself you will have three options and our fee will depend on which one you choose.
